Ecuador

Named after its location along the equator, Ecuador offers stunning views of South America's west coast alongside easy access into the trenches of the Amazon jungle. A popular site for hikers due to the region's entrance into the Andean foothills as well as its marine wildlife circling Santa Cruz Island's Darwin Research Station, there is a lot to see and not a lot of time.
