Click the modify link from your confirmation or account dashboard; if the ride details change significantly (location or vehicle), cancel and rebook to ensure accuracy.
Cancellations made before your provider's deadline receive a 100% refund. Banks typically post refunds within 3-5 business days after we process them.
If you cannot reach the provider listed in your confirmation email, contact our customer service team through the support center at devsite.airportshuttles.com/zendesk/CurrentReservationQuestions.php.
