Easily cancel or modify your booked ride

Visit the Customer Account linked in your confirmation email, follow the provided cancellation/modification link, or reach out to our support team so your airport shuttle reflects your latest plans.

Cancellations

Use the cancellation link inside your confirmation email or log into your Customer Account at https://user.jayride.com/auth/login. Phone or email cancellations are not accepted.

Modifications

Click the modify link from your confirmation or account dashboard; if the ride details change significantly (location or vehicle), cancel and rebook to ensure accuracy.

Refund timelines

Cancellations made before your provider's deadline receive a 100% refund. Banks typically post refunds within 3-5 business days after we process them.
